allow nature to nurture

floral therapy group sessions.

Horticultural or garden therapy uses gardening and nature based activities to enable people to gain physical and psychological benefit.

Scout’s Garden began as a form of grief therapy for Issy after Scout’s passing, and through nurturing her flowers she has, in turn, been nurtured too. Time in the flower patch has also been (and continues to be) pivotal in supporting Issy through periods of depletion, allowing her mental space and the opportunity to meditatively work with her hands and subconsciously work through her own thoughts.

Are you beginning to notice some droopy shoulders and flat energy in your work environment? It could be time to plan a group activity with your team for a bit of floral fun!

Engaging in a nature based, creative session with Issy will reduce stress, facilitate bonding and leave your team feeling relaxed and happy. Using many floral inspired activities, Issy offers these therapeutic floral group sessions from her studio, or can come to your requested venue.
